Nuts have many uses other than as a snack. They are used in confectionery, salads, desserts, and cereals just to name a few.
With our unique coating, the applications become even more extensive and exciting. Not only does the coating add a fantastic taste profile to the nut, it provides an ideal protection to the nut from moisture, so you can use our gourmet honey roasted nuts in ice creams, gelato and yoghurts without the nuts going soggy.
We can roast and coat just about any size nut, from as small a 3mm to as large as 20mm so the opportunities are endless. Sliced, diced, crushed, granulated, slivered, chips and pieces. We can roast and coat them all.

- 10kg vacuum sealed - ideal for export
- 8 x 1kg bags - perfect for the food service industry

| We can roast and coat slivered and diced almond, or even roughly crushed pieces of just about any size that you can find. The only style we struggle with is flaked almond as they tend to stick and burn when roasting - but we are working on it. Product of Australia |
| Cashew bits are typically naturally collected broken bits of cashew, so are of varying sizes within the one batch. What ever the size, we can roast and coat them Made in Australia using local and imported ingredients |
| Diced hazelnuts are one of our fastest growing ingredients, particularly with ice cream manufacturers. The diced hazelnuts tend to be machine diced, so are more uniform in shape and size. Product of Australia |
| Macadamias have a few common natural styles that are great for ingredients. They are styles 5, 6 & 7, with the latter being the smallest. Roasted and coated, they make a fantastic inclusion. Product of Australia |
| Granulated peanuts are a common ingredient used in many products from chocolates to salads, and with our coating create a great taste profile that offers more than the humble peanut itself. Product of Australia or Chinese origin (recommend Australian) |
| Pecan pieces come in a range of sizes from medium to midget and are one of the best tasting nuts for use in confectionery or desserts. With our unique coating they are also magic in ice cream. Product of Australia |
| Small pistachio pieces are not as readily available as with other nuts. Whole pistachio nuts are still of a size that is very useful as an ingredient.
